RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

Any item that is not maintained on the www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com web site as general stock is considered a special order and is not refundable/returnable. Any item which is ordered through an internet sale may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product, but a 20% restocking fee is imposed. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer must pay to have the item shipped to www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com. If there is any uncertainty as to whether an item is returnable, please contact a customer service representative at www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com. We do, however; require that the items be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a 20% restocking fee for items that do not meet these requirements.

RETURNS

In the event you need to return an item for credit, please fill out a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by our RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.

SHIPPING CHARGES

The majority of the items shipped for internet sales by www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. Shipping charges are based on the origin ZIP code from the manufacturer to the customer’s shipping address, as well as the dimensions of the packaging.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Inspect your purchase carefully and immediately upon receipt. If you receive your purchase freight damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company. www.Lighting-Fixtures-Ceiling-Fans.com does not take responsibility for items damaged in shipment.
